The Next Inning at the Miracle League of the South Hills
From the first dollar we raised in 2010 to our first pitch just two years later, we've been committed to our mission that everyone deserves the chance to play baseball. With The Next Inning, we are opening a new door for our kids & adults with special needs within the Miracle League of the South Hills (MLSH).
The Next Inning project provides a job training center for our athletes, which will reside in our new concession stand & announcers booth right behind home plate at the Miracle League Field! We have hired our athletes to work in the new building, providing training in customer service, accounting, counting money, custodial work, & more.
This is a paid position, which will be the first paying job for many of our athletes. In addition to on-the-job training, we are also offering 1-on-1 resume building classes, interview skill workshops, as well as working with other businesses to hire our athletes as they transition into their next phase of life.
Donate Here
The Next Inning project would not be possible without the overwhelming support of our sponsors and donors. With the launch of this program in the fall, we are still accepting donations big and small to help us train, educate, and support our athletes on this new MLSH venture.
