Muscles 4 Miracles is a joint effort between Teleo Performance and the Miracle League of the South Hills to bring an offseason strength and conditioning program along with baseball skills to our athletes of the Miracle League of the South Hills. This 8 week program will help to teach players the many aspects of strength performance and baseball skills. This program includes:
  • Sports Performance Training from top certified training instructors of Teleo Performance including owner/founder John Dennis and his staff - See their credentials here
  • Injury Prevention techniques
  • Weekly Progress Reports
  • Specific training program tailored to each individual athlete's abilities
  • ​Baseball-specific training
*Must be at least 12 years old*

Saturdays from January 6 - February 24
11:00am - 12:00pm - Session 1
12:00pm - 1:00pm - Session 2
