FAQs for Vendors When can we show up to set up our table? We will be ready for you at 10am. That gives you an hour to get ready for the party. How many trick-or-treat items should we bring? Your guess is as good as ours! This is the first time in two years we've had the event, so we don't know what to expect. In the past, between 1,000-1,500 total people show up ready to party. If it were me, I'd plan for 350-500 trick or treat items. If ordering special things (i.e. logo on a foam baseball) think smaller amount (if you don't want leftovers) and then have candy as a back up. If you get in a pinch, we will have many give-a-way items available too. Is there food available? Yes! Southpointe Golf Club will be bringing their grill and giving out free hot dogs, chips, and water while supplies last to anyone in attendance including vendors. Feel free to bring a lunch with you too. Can we sell things? No, but you can bring promotional materials or talk to families and attendees about your products and services.
